Metal Core-PCBs

Metal Core PCBs (MCPCB) have a metal base, usually aluminum or copper, instead of the conventional FR4 base to ensure excellent heat dissipation. This construction is particularly advantageous for applications where high thermal generation occurs, such as LED lighting, power electronics, and solar energy applications. The metal base ensures quick heat dissipation from the components, keeping performance stable and extending the lifespan of the electronics.
